Android-specific fixes/improvements:

• Fixed some touch lag introduced in the previous version and tweaked general touch parameters to be more accurate
• Android Back & Menu buttons are now used more intuitively instead of directly quiting the app. As a result, removed the unnecessary menu icon during game-play.
