Mainly fixes a major bug causing the app to crash when getting touch input on Android 2.1:

• Accidentally used some 2.2 input functions causing crashes on 2.1, reverted back to 2.1 functions
• Optimized graphics for better frame rate, runs at near 60fps on the Motorola Droid most of the time
